An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a well-established school close to central Birmingham. 

About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Psychology Teacher to deliver engaging and innovative lessons to our students, helping them develop a deep understanding of psychology and its real-world applications. You will be responsible for teaching at both GCSE and A-level, fostering a love for the subject while preparing students for their exams and future studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality psychology lessons to students at GCSE and A-Level.
• Inspire and challenge students, encouraging independent thought and academic growth.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the curriculum.
• Provide feedback and support to students, helping them achieve their academic potential.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A degree in Psychology or a related field.
• A teaching qualification (e.g., QTS) or significant teaching experience.
• A genuine passion for psychology and teaching.
• Experience in delivering GCSE and A-Level Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to inspire and motivate students.
