Psychology Graduates - Teaching Assistant

Our partner secondary schools located in the SR2 area of Sunderland is seeking Psychology Graduates for Teaching Assistant roles starting from September 2025.

This full-time role is ideal for graduates considering a future in educational psychology, mental health, SEN support, or teaching. You will play a vital role in assisting pupils with additional needs, providing both academic and emotional support across the school.

Ideal candidates:

• Hold a degree in Psychology or a closely related subject.
• Have a strong interest in child development, education, or mental health.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are proactive, empathetic, and reliable.
• Have experience working with children or young people, particularly those with additional needs (preferred but not essential).
