- Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, Heywood, OL10, Rochdale - Experience working in an educational setting would be beneficial - Competitive rates of pay dependant on experience starting from GBP300, per week - Starting in November Teaching Personnel are recruiting on the behalf of a larger than average, 2 form entry Primary School in the Heywood area of Manchester (OL10). The school are seeking a psychology graduate to support children with a range of specific needs such as; ASC, ADHD, SEMH, MLD. The successful candidate will have experience working in an educational setting with children in KS2 and will be looking to enhance their career in education. The role will start in November or as soon as all the necessary vetting checks have been completed for the successful candidate. The role will run for the remainder of the academic year with the opportunity for a school based contract for the right person! This school was rated ‘GOOD’ at its latest Ofsted inspection and prides itself on ‘Interactive and encouraging learning experiences’ at all times. To be considered for this post you will be compassionate, flexible and avid to aid the academic development of all the children in your care. The ideal candidate will: • Deliver 1:1 support to children with a range of Learning Difficulties • Monitor and track pupil's learning development in your care • Provide a supportive environment to aid learning across KS2 • Work closely with the SENCO to monitor all the pupils progression This Primary school based in Heywood (OL10) can offer support from an ‘OUTSTANDING’ management and guidance team and showcases children who show good levels of progression in all areas.
