Psychology Graduate
Reading
Teaching Personnel work with a number of primary schools across Reading recruiting for a number of Teaching Assistant and Learning Support Assistant roles in which graduates and particularly Psychology graduates work well. These roles can include being a general Teaching Assistant as well as supporting students on a 1:1 basis. This is a really rewarding, although sometimes challenging, role where you could be supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs. Psychology graduates are often fantastic supporting people with SEN due to the modules you’ll have done at University allowing you to have a greater understanding as to why young people with additional needs act a certain way. Any experience working in education or with people with special needs is desired however if you have no experience you will still be considered if you are passionate, engaging and enthusiastic. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
