Full-Time Teaching Assistants – Cardiff
Location: Cardiff
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Whether you're an experienced TA or just starting your career in education, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons

• Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

• Provide support to children with additional learning needs (ALN), where needed

• Assist with general classroom duties and school activities

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (in school, youth work, care, etc.)

• A caring and proactive attitude

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliability and a genuine interest in education

• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

Desirable (but not essential):

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

• Experience supporting pupils with ALN

• Welsh language skills are a bonus!
