Primary Teaching Assistant Job - Northampton

An outstanding primary school with a fantastic reputation in Northampton are looking for an experienced teaching assistant. This is a large 3 form entry School at the heart of a diverse and vibrant multi-ethnic community located in Northampton.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join a friendly and committed team. Your responsibilities would include:-

* Supporting children within a class with additional needs.

* Working with the Class teacher, Senco and other support staff to prepare resources and deliver lessons to individuals and small groups.

* Having a flexible approach to behaviour management.

* Being a positive and solution focused member of the team.

* Liaising with Parents and external agencies to support children.
