Primary Teaching Assistant – Full-Time – September Start

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive specialist school in Bournemouth, with a start date in September. This full-time role involves working with pupils aged 3 to 18 and runs from 8.45am until 3.30pm each school day. If you are enthusiastic, patient, and committed to supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
Beginning in September, you will assist teachers in delivering a broad and engaging curriculum tailored to students with SEN. Your responsibilities will include supporting pupils’ academic progress, promoting positive behaviour, and helping to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. This role offers the chance to make a real difference to young people’s education and well-being.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
