About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support children’s learning inside the classroom, working 1-1 and in small groups.
Start Date: November 2025
Salary: £90 a day
Hours: 8:30 – 3:30pm
To be considered you must obtain an enhanced child only DBS and provide two contact references.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individual and small groups of pupils in the classroom
- Assisting with classroom activities and resources
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
- Assisting with organising and tidying the classroom
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with primary children (KS1 – KS2)
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow
- Basic knowledge of safeguarding and child protection principles (CPD training provided)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
