The PWR team is working in partnership with a rapidly expanding SEMH Multi-school Trust located in the Manchester area. Renowned for its supportive atmosphere and ambitious vision, our partner Trust currently operates three SEMH institutions and is poised for further growth. This presents a remarkable opportunity for career advancement and development within the Trust throughout expansion.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join our partner Trust at their Glossop site. This permanent position is scheduled to commence in September or earlier, based on the preferred start date of the successful candidate. Previous experience working with SEMH students is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to SEMH students.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the holistic well-being of students.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of the curriculum by integrating innovative teaching methods and resources.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience working with SEMH students.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
