Teaching Personnel are dedicated to ensure that you as an NQT will be in a school that can offer you well rounded support from experienced staff members in our fantastic client schools.

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to fill a role in one of our client schools in the North Plymouth area. This is role calls for a KS2 specialist the role is ideally suited to any NQT who is looking to expand their knowledge and their skillset – the successful candidate will have the ongoing support of the school staff including the other year teacher as this is a two form entry school. The successful candidate will be paired with an experienced member of staff as a mentor for the duration of the placement

Successful candidates must have a recent DBS on the update service, a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle and a passion for education.

The responsibilities of the role would include:

• Monitoring the progress of the KS2 students
• Attending parents evenings
• Delivering engaging and educations lessons        
• Adhering to the policies of the school
• Having effective behaviour/classroom management skills
• Setting up classroom and lesson resources on a day to day basis

The ideal candidate would be an NQT with experience in classroom settings, good classroom management skills and a passion for education is vital

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
