Primary Teacher

Teaching Personnel are currently working with an amazing Catholic school in North Walsham. We are recruiting for a FQT to fill a role at the school from September, you would be joined by a team of friendly educational professionals who are passionate about education. You would be taking the lead on one of the year 3 classes at the school- therefore experience teaching at a KS2 level would be highly beneficail to the candidate. You would be teaching the class in accordance to the Catholic curriculum, candidate must be comfortable in joining the pupils during prayers. This role would be ideally suited to an experienced FQT or a NQT looking to make their education mark on a permanent basis!  

The Role:

The role would include teaching the year 5 class following the values and visions of the school, you would need strong classroom and behavioural management skills, the ability to plan,prepare and assess classess following the Catholic curriculum and be able to create strong lasting relationships with the pupils of the class.

Requirements for the role:

  • Hold a qualified Teacher status (QTS)
  • Have experience delivering lessons to a KS2 level
  • Be passionate about teaching and education
  • Have the ability to inspire and motivate the pupils
  • Ability to run effective and thought provoking lessons in accordance to the Catholic curriculum
  • Happy to join the pupils during prayers
  • Have a UK address and right to work
  • Safeguarding experience
  • SEN experience
  • Enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
