Role Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Year 2 lessons
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom where every child feels supported
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
- Participate in ongoing CPD to continually enhance your practice
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to differentiate learning to meet diverse needs
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
- Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable using technology to support teaching and learning
