Year 2 Teacher – Full-Time | Warm & Supportive Primary School in Stretford

Start Date: September
Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday
Location: Stretford

Teaching Personnel is excited to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Stretford that is looking to appoint a dedicated Year 2 Teacher from September. Role Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Year 2 lessons
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom where every child feels supported
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
  • Participate in ongoing CPD to continually enhance your practice

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to differentiate learning to meet diverse needs
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork abilities
  • Comfortable using technology to support teaching and learning
