Year 2 Teacher – Full-Time | Supportive Primary School in Stretford

Start Date: After February half term
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday–Friday
Location: Stretford

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be partnering with a friendly, inclusive primary school in Stretford that is seeking a committed Year 2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from February. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the Year 2 curriculum
  • Track, assess, and provide clear feedback on pupil progress
  • Create an inclusive, nurturing classroom where every child feels valued
  • Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
  • Take part in ongoing CPD to continuously enhance your teaching practice

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2
  • Confident in behaviour and classroom management
  • Ability to differentiate to meet a wide range of needs
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable using technology to support learning
