Year 2 Teacher – Full-Time Opportunity at a Supportive Primary School in Stretford (Immediate Start)

Teaching Personnel is delighted to partner with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Stretford, currently seeking a passionate and committed Year 2 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time position, with working hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 2 curriculum
  • Track pupil progress and provide regular, constructive feedback
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership
  • Stay up to date with best practices through ongoing professional development

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Previous experience in Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 2
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Confident in adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
  • Good understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
  • Competent in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
