We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 teacher to join our vibrant and supportive primary school in Southampton. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 children, ensuring all pupils' needs are met.
• Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment that encourages growth, curiosity, and respect.
• Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular learning opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and well-being.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS).
• A passion for teaching and working with young children.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
• Experience in delivering the Key Stage 1 curriculum (desirable).
• A creative, flexible approach to teaching and learning.
• The ability to work effectively within a team and build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
