Year 4 Class Teacher – Full Time – Summer Term – Southampton
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-led primary school in Southampton to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for the Summer Term.
This is a full-time position with full classroom responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking, assessment and attendance at staff meetings. The successful candidate will take full ownership of a settled Year 4 class and play a key role in driving progress during this important final term of the academic year.
The school is seeking a practitioner who:

Has proven experience teaching within KS2

Has strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and age-related expectations

Demonstrates secure understanding of assessment and progress tracking

Can create an engaging, structured and inclusive learning environment

Works effectively as part of a collaborative staff team
This role would suit a confident and reflective teacher who is able to quickly build positive relationships, maintain high expectations, and deliver creative, purposeful lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their best.
