Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time Role in Rusholme

Location: Rusholme
Start Date: November 2025
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be partnering with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Rusholme, currently seeking a passionate and committed Year 4 Teacher to join their team full-time from November.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 4 pupils
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and teaching strategies
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 4 or other KS2 year groups
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs
  • Solid understanding of the national curriculum and contemporary teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Confident in using technology to enhance learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
