Year 1 Teacher – Full-Time Role in Radcliffe (September Start Available)

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Radcliffe, currently seeking a full-time Year 1 Teacher to join their supportive team. This position is available for a September start and runs from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lessons tailored to Year 1 pupils
• Monitor and assess progress, providing timely and effective feedback
• Foster a safe, inclusive classroom where all children feel supported
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources
• Participate in ongoing CPD to enhance your teaching practice

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (Year 1 experience preferred)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to differentiate and adapt lessons to meet diverse learner needs
• Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and current teaching strategies
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident in using technology to enrich learning experiences
