We’re seeking an enthusiastic and skilled educator to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the NP20 area of Newport this September. If you’re committed to nurturing pupils' growth, both academically and personally, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Your Role Will Include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Tracking pupil progress and tailoring teaching approaches to individual needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and mutual respect within the classroom
• Collaborating with teaching assistants, staff, and parents/carers
• Participating in staff meetings, whole-school activities, and professional development

✅ We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A strong belief in inclusive education and raising achievement for all pupils
• An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
