Job description
Short-Term Teacher – Spring Term Sickness Cover – Lymington
We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable teacher to undertake a short-term sickness cover at a welcoming local school in Lymington during the Spring term.
This is a full-time position for approximately five weeks, offering an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is available at short notice and keen to make a positive contribution within a supportive school community. The role would suit an experienced practitioner, and we warmly welcome applications from retired teachers who may be looking to return to the classroom on a short-term basis.
The Role

Full-time teaching commitment for a five-week period

Delivering well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Maintaining continuity of learning during staff absence

Establishing clear routines and positive behaviour expectations
-
Liaising effectively with colleagues and senior leaders to ensure a smooth transition

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
