Primary Teacher – Portland Area
Full-time | Long-term | Competitive Daily Rates | September Start

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking to inspire young minds in a supportive and dynamic school environment?

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in the Portland area, seeking an enthusiastic Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 teacher to join their team this September.

The Role:

  • Full-time classroom teacher role (KS1 or KS2 – year group flexible depending on your strengths)
  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive teaching team and leadership staff

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Has experience teaching in a primary setting (NQTs/ECTs are welcome to apply)
  • Is confident with planning, differentiation, and classroom management
  • Has strong communication and organisational skills
  • Is passionate about making a difference in pupils’ education and well-being

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
