Primary Teacher – Bridport

Location: Bridport, Dorset
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time | Long-term or permanent opportunities available
Pay: £120–£140 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel are working closely with several primary schools in Bridport seeking enthusiastic Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 teachers to join their team for the new academic year. These roles offer the chance to make a real impact in the classroom while benefiting from our tailored support and development opportunities.


The Role

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with support staff and parents to promote student achievement

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications from ECTs welcome
  • Recent classroom experience in KS1 or KS2
  • A positive, proactive, and nurturing teaching style
  • A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
