Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Dorchester to recruit a committed Year 3/4 Teacher for a long-term cover role starting after Easter.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly school community and make a meaningful impact within a mixed Year 3/4 class.

The Role

• Full classroom responsibility within a Year 3/4 class
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEN
• Creating an inclusive and structured learning environment
• Working closely with support staff and SENCO

This is a long-term position offering consistency and the opportunity to build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS
• Experience teaching in Lower Key Stage 2
• Confident supporting and differentiating for children with SEN
• Strong classroom management skills
• Happy to commute to the Dorchester area
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service preferred (or willing to apply through Teaching Personnel)
