We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and fully qualified Teacher to join our friendly and supportive school in Darlington on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be passionate about education, committed to raising standards, and capable of creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within a primary or secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
