KS2 Teacher – Darlington

Location: Darlington
Start Date: September 2026

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher looking to inspire young minds and make a real difference? We are seeking a passionate KS2 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive school community in Darlington.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and creating a positive, engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.

The Role

You will:

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
  • Is passionate about raising standards and pupil outcomes
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Brings energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to the role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
