Key Stage 1 Teacher – Darlington

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher with a passion for inspiring young minds? We are seeking a motivated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive school community in Darlington.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the early stages of a child’s education, helping to nurture curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (or strong ECT applications are welcome)
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
  • Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to high standards
  • Has a genuine passion for primary education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
