Year 6 Teacher (KS2) – September Start

We are seeking an exceptional, resilient, and highly motivated Year 6 teacher to join our team this September. This role is for someone who thrives under pressure, embraces high expectations, and is determined to make a measurable difference in pupils’ outcomes at a pivotal stage in their education.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for a Year 6 class, guiding pupils through their final year of primary school and preparing them for SATs and the transition to secondary education. You will be expected to deliver consistently high-quality teaching, accelerate progress for all learners, and close attainment gaps with precision and urgency.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record of strong outcomes in KS2 (Year 6 experience desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge in English and Maths
- Is confident using data to inform teaching and drive rapid progress
- Can manage workload effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Has the resilience, determination, and energy to meet the demands of Year 6
- Builds strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Refuses to settle for anything less than excellence
This role will challenge you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
