Job Description:

Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruit a Primary School Teacher who is reliable and available on a full-time basis in the Cardiff area. The role will consist of planning and delivering lessons to children in a KS2 class, and the ideal candidate will have a strong ability to create relationships with both the pupils and parents at the school to contribute to the positive school environment. Being organised and creative will also be very beneficial in this role, to ensure that lessons are engaging and in line with the school’s curriculum.

We would love to hear from all Primary School Teachers, whether you have gained years of experience or are newly qualified and looking to expand your knowledge and experience!

About the school:

The school is based in the centre of Cardiff, with close proximity to the inner city. The school celebrates its diverse nature and community, with many pupils having English as an Additional Language (EAL).  The school is happy for you to bring your own techniques and engage with the children to provide a fun, learning environment.

Requirement Criteria:

  • Enhanced DBS (child only) checks must be complete before the role will commence.
  • EWC registration – mandatory requirement in Wales.
  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
