We have an exciting new opportunity at one of our Rochdale based Secondary Schools for an Apprenticeship Teaching Assistant to join them this September. The successful candidate will start full-time September, with a permanent role opportunity.
This role is ideal for anyone who is looking to start their career in teaching either as a future Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor or Classroom Teacher. Within your role, you will support classrooms helping the teacher where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage students to engage in learning, creating a positive environment
- Provide support for their social, emotional and physical welfare
- Tidying up the classroom before and after lessons
- Supporting students within the classroom where required
- Additional support for the department
All successful candidates must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
