Primary Supply Teacher

Schools across the Chorley and Leyland areas are having to manage staff members self-isolating due COVID symptoms, class bubbles closing and staff members having to care for their own children, whose bubbles may have closed.

Accordingly, Teaching Personnel are on the look out for STRONG, RELIABLE, FLEXIBLE & ADAPTABLE Teachers who are able to provide classroom cover at short notice this upcoming half-term.

The cover may be for a full day, a half day, for several days or a week – this will depend on the circumstances of the staff member you are covering.

Please feel reassured that Teaching Personnel are doing all they can to ensure that you are safe in school. Please update your COVID Secure Check-in app on a weekly basis. Your Consultant will also ask you pre-screening questions in regards to the COVID symptoms before getting you booked in at any school. Each school will have their own health and safety procedures in place to keep staff and children safe, which they will run when you first arrive. It is always best to be prepared with a mask for travelling around the school building.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
