Are you a passionate Primary Teacher with QTS and at least 2 years’ UK classroom experience? Do you thrive on creating inspiring lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence? If so, Teaching Personnel Cambridge wants to hear from you!

Your Role as a Primary Teacher

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons across the primary curriculum.

  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs, including SEN support.

  • Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to children and parents.

  • Build a positive, inclusive classroom environment that inspires learning.

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and school staff.

  • Contribute to wider school life, including events and extracurricular activities.


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.

  • Minimum 2 years’ UK primary teaching experience.

  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks.

  • Confidence in supporting pupils with SEN and differentiating lessons.

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

  • Flexibility to travel within Cambridgeshire (own transport desirable).

  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
