Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a Good-rated primary school in the CB1 area of Cambridge, who are seeking an experienced Year 3 Teacher to join their dedicated team on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and confident teacher who can demonstrate strong behaviour management and has a proven track record of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The Role

Full-time teaching responsibility for a Year 3 class

Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners

Supporting and challenging pupils to reach their full potential

Working closely with the SENDCo and other staff to ensure every child receives the right level of support

Promoting a positive learning environment and fostering enthusiasm for learning
Requirements
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
-
ECTs should not apply – this role requires proven classroom experience

Excellent behaviour management skills
-
Demonstrable experience working with SEND pupils

Ability to inspire, motivate and drive pupil progress

Strong teamwork and communication skills
