Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a Good-rated primary school in the CB1 area of Cambridge, who are seeking an experienced Year 3 Teacher to join their dedicated team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and confident teacher who can demonstrate strong behaviour management and has a proven track record of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The Role

• Full-time teaching responsibility for a Year 3 class

• Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners

• Supporting and challenging pupils to reach their full potential

• Working closely with the SENDCo and other staff to ensure every child receives the right level of support

• Promoting a positive learning environment and fostering enthusiasm for learning

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

• ECTs should not apply – this role requires proven classroom experience

• Excellent behaviour management skills

• Demonstrable experience working with SEND pupils

• Ability to inspire, motivate and drive pupil progress

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
