Teaching Personnel is currently working alongside a 'Outstanding' Primary School in Croydon, CR0, who are on the lookout for an Upper Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to start immediately on a full-time basis.

Located within a cluster of local Primary Schools and in the heart of the Borough of Croydon, our client school enjoys outdoor learning opportunities and a beautiful learning environment. Over 100 years old, the school has grown to 3 forms of entry from Reception to Year 6, with each class having 30 children receiving the very best of education.

The Key Stage 2 Teacher position advertised requires the successful candidate to continue the positive work the department expect and uphold. In Key Stage 2, the proportion of pupils attaining the higher Level 6 is above the national average in writing and English grammar, punctuation and spelling and significantly above the national average in mathematics.

These results are the rewards of quality teaching and strong leadership, encouraging the staff to set very high standards of behaviour, which are rigorously upheld. Pupils are extremely polite, courteous and respectful. They have a great appetite for learning, and their very strong attitudes to their learning contribute considerably to the outstanding progress they make.

Teaching Personnel is committed to the welfare and safeguarding of all children. In order to work through Teaching Personnel, you must:

- Have a current DBS on the Update Service or be willing to get one (Full Assistance Provided).

- Be able to provide 2 references covering 6 years.

- Have UK QTS or equivalent.
