KS2 Teacher with TLR Responsibilities - October Start 2020 

We are currently seeking one KS2 teacher to join our enthusiastic team.  In order that we have the best chance of finding the right person, we would like to invite all teachers – NQTs, MPS and UPS – to apply.  Applications from potential Maths/Computing subject leaders are particularly encouraged and in the case of such an appointment, a TLR would be awarded and the individual would be a member of SLT.

Requirements:

  • Recognised teaching qualification (QTS)
  • KS2 teaching experience
  • High expectations for all students and the determination to help all children succeed
  • The ability to work effectively in a team of teachers, support staff and outside agencies

TLR Responsibilities:

  • Have an impact on educational progress beyond your assigned pupils
  • Line manager and appraise identified staff
  • Contribute to the success of the SDP
  • Be a proactive member of the SLT
  • Lead a core subject
  • Act as a role model and mentor

In turn, Teaching Personnel can offer you;

  • 20 years experience within Educational Recruitment working in partnership with a large number of Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools.
  • Daily rate of pay up to GBP190, depending on your previous experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
