Teaching Personnel are working closely with a range of friendly and supportive primary schools across the area who are seeking dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join their teams and help pupils thrive in their learning.

About the Role:

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.

• Work with children individually, in small groups, or alongside the class teacher.

• Assist in delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire learning.

• Provide targeted support for pupils who may need additional help, including those with SEND.

• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

• Experience working in a primary school setting.

• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
