Pontyrpidd TA Teaching Assistant

- Degree Graduates required for long term TA / Support Teaching Assistant role - Based in the Pontypridd Area

After meeting with a secondary school within the RCT LEA they have asked us to support their recruitment for a Teaching Assistant to work throughout the school, supporting with various subjects and building strong working relationships with the pupils you will be working with.

The school has specified the need for someone to work alongside pupils that may have additional learning needs. In some cases the pupils will be working at an academic level that is slightly slower in progress than their peers therefore a nurturing and caring approach will be necessary.
