Job Title: Physics Teacher Maternity Cover

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time hours

Salary: £162 - £251 Per day
Job Duties:
- Deliver high-quality physics lessons to students
- Plan and prepare teaching materials in line with the curriculum
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through various methods
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their learning
- Participate in departmental meetings and school events
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Physics or a related field
- Experience teaching physics at secondary level
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Physics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students in learning
- Organisational skills to manage workload effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience with online teaching platforms
- Participation in continuous professional development
Working Conditions:
- Temporary position covering maternity leave
- Full-time hours with occasional extra-curricular commitments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
