Full Time Permanent English Teaching Role from June

The Role

Our client school in Farnborough is looking to hire an English teacher on a permanent basis to start from June, this role will be paid to your current pay scale. This is a good rated school located just off the M3, it has a lovely campus with state of the art facilities and plenty of parking, and it is also easily reached by bus and train from most large cities. You would be expected to be able to maintain and increase the attainment of the pupils under your care, ranging in age from 11-16 years.

The school are looking to interview potential candidates by means of a trial lesson followed by an interview with the head teacher and head of the English department. Successful candidates will then be placed onto a temporary contract via Teaching Personnel before moving onto the permanent contract directly with the school and LEA.

The responsibilities of this role incorporate the entire responsibilities of a secondary classroom teacher.

The school had excellent results last year and are projecting results significantly above the national average for this year within their English department. This would be an excellent position to take in order to grow as a teacher and expand on your own skills using the training and experience found within the faculty.
