Are you passionate about supporting young people and driving positive behaviour? We are seeking a Pastoral Lead to join our team in Old Trafford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

As Pastoral Lead, you will:

  • Take a strategic lead on behaviour management across the setting.
  • Manage and develop a team of pastoral staff to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
  • Implement and monitor behaviour policies and interventions.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, teaching staff, and external agencies to promote student wellbeing and engagement.
  • Analyse behaviour data to inform practice and drive improvement.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in pastoral care and behaviour management.
  • Possesses strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Is proactive, resilient, and committed to improving outcomes for young people.
  • Can build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
