Are you passionate about supporting young people and driving positive behaviour? We are seeking a Pastoral Lead to join our team in Old Trafford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

As Pastoral Lead, you will:

Take a strategic lead on behaviour management across the setting.
Manage and develop a team of pastoral staff to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
Implement and monitor behaviour policies and interventions.
Work closely with senior leadership, teaching staff, and external agencies to promote student wellbeing and engagement.
Analyse behaviour data to inform practice and drive improvement.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has proven experience in pastoral care and behaviour management.
Possesses strong leadership and team management skills.
Is proactive, resilient, and committed to improving outcomes for young people.
Can build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
