Part Time School Receptionist – BS3 Bristol – ASAP Start
Location: BS3, Bristol
Hours: Part time, Monday to Friday, hours flexible (AM or PM available)

Are you an organised and welcoming Receptionist with experience working in a school office? We are working with a friendly primary school in the BS3 area of Bristol who are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join their team as soon as possible.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and Bromcom experience who enjoys being the first friendly face of a busy school.
The Role:
- Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff
- Managing the school's main phone line and email inbox
- Using Bromcom to manage pupil records, attendance and admin tasks
- Handling pupil sign in and out procedures
- Supporting general school office administration
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with visitor sign in and safeguarding procedures
- Supporting the wider school team with day to day tasks as needed
We Are Looking For:
- Experience working as a Receptionist or in school administration (essential)
- Experience using Bromcom (essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability, professionalism and a commitment to safeguarding
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
