Program Highlights:

Year 1: Cover Supervisor/Teaching Assistant Role (1 Year)

Embark on a full-time role as a cover supervisor or teaching assistant during your initial year. Immerse yourself in hands-on classroom experience, honing your classroom management abilities, and cultivating meaningful relationships with both students and colleagues.

Year 2: Initial Teacher Training (ITT) (1 Year)

In your second year, you'll continue to work at the school while concurrently completing your ITT program through a local university. This blend of real-world application and theoretical grounding will furnish you with the essential knowledge and skills vital for effective teaching.

Year 3 & 4: Early Careers Teacher (ECT) Role (2 Years)

The subsequent two years will witness your progression to the role of an Early Careers Teacher. During this phase, receive specialized training and tailored support to achieve your coveted Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
