About the Role

You will play a vital role in supporting young children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Supporting young children in their daily routines and activities
✔️ Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate learning experiences
✔️ Encouraging emotional, social, and physical development
✔️ Creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
✔️ Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
✔️ Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress

What We’re Looking For

✅ Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
✅ Experience in Early Years or Nursery settings
✅ Knowledge of the EYFS framework
✅ A caring, patient, and reliable nature
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
