Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant / Nursery Nurse – Make a Real Difference!

Full-time | Part-time | Flexible Hours | Temp-to-Perm Opportunities
Daily Rate: £89.38 – £120 (depending on experience and hours)
Do you have a Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification and a genuine passion for helping children thrive? We’re looking for enthusiastic, experienced Nursery Teaching Assistants and Nursery Nurses to join our team and work in vibrant nurseries and EYFS/Reception classes across Cornwall.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Nurturing and supporting children aged 0–5, helping them learn through play and exploration
- Delivering creative, engaging activities that spark curiosity and confidence
- Implementing the EYFS curriculum in a way that makes learning fun and meaningful
- Creating a safe, stimulating environment where every child feels happy and secure
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observing and recording progress, ensuring every child gets the support they need
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience in nursery or EYFS settings
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to learning
- Paediatric First Aid (desirable – training could be arranged)
- Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the Update Service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
