Teaching Personnel are experts in education and have supported several Graduates gain the necessary experience that is required to pursue a career in teaching. Whilst working through ourselves, you will have access to regular  CPD training sessions such as ‘Effective Behaviour Management’ and ‘Assessment for Learning’ to ensure that you have the opportunity to further develop the skills that will contribute to you becoming an outstanding in the near future.

The Role...

Core Subject Graduate

  • Core Subject Graduate – Graduate Teaching Assistant
  • Required to start in September at one of our key client schools in Boston
  • Employment for 1 term initially with a view to this being extended
  • Must hold or be willing to apply for a DBS certificate
  • Be willing to learn and have a passion for development of students in school
  • Opportunity to earn, whilst developing key skills

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a Graduate Teaching Assistant for one of our key client schools who wish to appoint a Graduate who can provide support both in class and with identified pupils. In return the school are offering complete support to the successful candidate which will be ideal if considering enrolling onto a teacher training programme in the future.

Our client school are offering employment for a term initially to help with the embedding process of new staff and pupils however, this is likely to be extended beyond this period.

Responsibilities as a Core Subject Graduate in our schools

  • 1:1 Tuition with students that require extra support in their subject
  • Lead small group intervention sessions leading up to key exams
  • Take responsibility for revision sessions and lunch time learning clubs
  • Provide general cover to other areas within school as well as your specialist subject
  • Involvement in departmental planning and marking

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
