NQT ROLES

As we have now entered the spring term, here at Teaching Personnel we are working closely with a number of schools across the Cardiff and Vale to provide them with Teachers for their outstanding vacancies. As a passionate Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) we will work to get you placed for with one of our many schools. Schools are also now looking as far as September to secure Teachers for the next academic year. If we cannot find a vacany within your specialism, the need for Cover Teachers is so high it is imperative that we support out schools with high quality teachers in this busy time.

Teaching Personnel can offer:

  • Start Dates: Upon completion of registration
  • Position: Long Term positions available & Day to day cover Teacher work available
  • Pay Rates: Up to ÂŁ600 per week dependant on experience
  • Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

Newly Qualified Teacher Roles to include:

  • Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges
  • Assess pupils learning through homework and parents evenings.
  • Create a positive teaching environment
  • Possess strong classroom management skills to control discipline and behaviour
  • Staying up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum

As a NQT we are looking for a dynamic individual with the drive and ability to enhance pupil learning in an affective, inspirational and creative manner. As a newly qualified teacher you should bring multiple teaching methods than can be adapted to suit a variety of learners.

As a company we have worked alongside schools within the South Wales area for over 10 years. Developing these relationships has enabled us to ensure we have the pupil's education and support at the forefront of every action.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
