Teaching Personnel are recruiting Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) who are looking for a placement in the new academic year. If you have been training as a Teacher this academic year and your placement has been cut short due to the crisis brought by Covid-19, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We work with a number of Secondary Schools located across Teesside including, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Stockton - on - Tees and we are recruiting Newly Qualified Teachers who are looking at securing a placements in Secondary Schools base din those locations in September, with the oppotunity for the support your induction year. Whatever your specialism, we would like to hear from you and help you with securing your first placement. Joining Teaching Personnel's NQT Pool will give you access to potential employers and valuable support as you look to start your teaching career in these unprecedented times.
When you join Teaching Personnel's NQT Pool, our consultants will build up an in-depth profile of your skills, abilities and personality and discuss your job aspirations. We will also cover what additional support you may need to access from our support packs to make the start to your career a success.
We then take the profile we have built up (including a short video introduction) and speak to schools looking to recruit Newly Qualified Teachers to find the perfect match between you and the school.
The NQT Pool from Teaching Personnel offers real benefits for you:

The members of the NQT Pool will also receive free access to six online support packs provided by our sister company Best Practice Network. Each pack contains six hours of content aligned to both the Teacher Standards and Early Career Framework and are designed to support the practice of Teachers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
