Has Covid made your placements slightly more challenging? Our NQT pool will give you access to paid teaching experience once you've finished your PGCE, as well as additional information and training modules to help you along the way. The NQT Pool is a programme designed to give Newly Qualified Teachers access to thousands of schools across England and Wales as you search for your first teaching job, Teaching Personnel provides support building your NQT profile and interviewing, training, tips, advice, and more.
