Why Gain Experience with Teaching Personnel?
Completing your placements is just the beginning. Working with us allows you to build on your classroom experience, strengthening essential skills such as behaviour management, lesson delivery, and adapting to a variety of classroom environments. You’ll be able to develop your confidence and teaching style while making a meaningful impact in local schools.

Support for NQTs Post-Pandemic

Many schools in Caerphilly are aware of these challenges and are keen to offer NQTs opportunities to build experience through short-term supply work, with the potential for longer-term roles. This consistent support helps bridge the gap left by reduced placement time.

What We Offer:

  • Start Date: Immediate and ongoing opportunities

  • Positions: Day-to-day supply, short-term, and long-term placements

  • Pay Rate: Starting from £166 per day

  • Flexible Working: Full-time and part-time roles available

  • Training & CPD: Access to a range of courses including ALN (Additional Learning Needs), Team Teach, and Mental Health Awareness

  • Personalised Support: Dedicated consultants to guide you through your teaching journey

Your Responsibilities as an NQT:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for pupils of all abilities

  • Assess and support pupils’ learning and development

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Stay up to date with changes to the national curriculum

  • Receive enhanced support tailored to NQTs, especially those with limited placement experience
