Newly Qualified Teacher

Teaching Personnel are seeking Newly Qualified Primary Teachers (NQT) to join our pool of NQT's to work across Whitby and the surrounding areas. The newly qualified Teachers will benefit from our organisation actively sourcing full time teaching positions whilst providing valuable teaching experience; working on a day to day basis until your perfect teaching role is found.

We understanmd that many Teachers completing their qualification have had their final Primary School teaching placement cuts short due to Covid Closures. We want to make your you are fully confident abpout taking on your first teaching role, so will offer you skill enriching training to build your confidence in a number of areas, whilst providing opportunities to work on a short basis and put your skills into practice. When you are ready, you can take on any available full time teaching roles. 

We work with a vairety of Schools across the area (over 100 in North Yorkshire alone!) providing a variety of classroom settings for you to hone in on the perfect placement to suit your talents. We want you to explore differing year groups across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 until you decide which Key Stage you want to continue your career in.

Working with Teaching Personnel Ltd you will benefit from a weekly income paid directly to your bank account and being part of an agency who cares about your career and helping you to progress. We wok in partnership with all of our Teachers and value them for what they can bring to our organisation. Working with Teaching Personnel you can manage your own availability and keep flexibility. In return we ask that you can offer at least 3 days per week for work and are willing to travel up to 30 minutes for work placements. We want you to be a part of the market leading team who have demonstrated excellent Teacher care through Covid-19 closures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
