If you're an NQT on your placement in a pschool or completing assignments at university, you may feel like there's just not enough time in the day to search for jobs and take time out to write huge application forms. Teaching Personnel can help you secure a placement for your NQT induction year 2020/2021. We will happily work in the background to relieve you of the stress that so many primary teachers (NQT) go through to gain their placement.

We are currently in the best place to support NQT's that register with us, being that we have remained open and working throughout school closures - as well as providing those that register fantastic support through our new NQT pool. This includes 6 in depth support packs which are fully accessible to NQT's who become vetted with Teaching Personnel. Each pack contains six hours of content alligned to both the Teacher Standards and Early Career Framework and are designed to support the practice of teachers. The 6 packs include information on the following: Pedagogy and Practice, Behaviour, Curriculum, SEN, Assesment and Professional Behaviours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
