Job description

Teacher of Music – North Northamptonshire (Full-Time, Temporary) 

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a fantastic secondary school in North Northamptonshire with a strong reputation for excellent behaviour and a supportive working environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Music to join their team to cover a full-time temporary absence within the Music Department. This role is expected to run until Christmas 2025, offering the successful candidate the chance to make a real impact while working with a passionate and friendly department.

The Role:

  • Full-time teaching of KS3 Music only

  • Planning required, with full PPA time provided

  • Some marking involved

  • Working in a school with fantastic behaviour and a strong support network

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification

  • Experience teaching Music at KS3

  • A creative and engaging approach to teaching

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality lessons
