Music Teacher (QTS) - Milton Keynes

Contract: Full-time

Location: Milton Keynes

Our partner school is seeking a qualified Music Teacher to fill a supply contract with Teaching Personnel from Easter (15th April) onwards. The school, centrally located in Milton Keynes, is easily accessible from Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, and parts of Hertfordshire. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Music to KS3 and KS4 students, delivering lessons to Year 7 to Year 11 classes alongside a supportive and dynamic team of experienced Music and Arts Teachers. 

This school offers a highly experienced staff and supportive Senior Leaders, alongside the benefits of being part of a successful Trust with a wealth of CPD and training opportunities available. Known for its excellent reputation in the Bedford area, this school is highly organised and dedicated to providing a top-quality education for its students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Music Teacher OR Overseas Qualified Teacher
  • Music Instructor with at least 1 year of experience teaching Music
  • Extensive knowledge of GCSE Music and experience teaching this subject
  • A passion for teaching Music and promoting learning for excellent results
  • Demonstrated excellent or outstanding classroom management skills with high expectations for student achievement and behaviour
  • Ability to plan and deliver creative and engaging Music lessons
  • Dedication to ensuring all students reach their full potential
  • Contribution to the values, ethos, and development of the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
